Graduation Requirements
Graduands must clear with the Finance department, Academics office, halls of residence, library as well as the head of the department of the student.
Invitation Cards
A Graduand is given one invitation card for two of his/her selected guests. The names of these two guests that the Graduand would wish to invite are submitted and the invitation cards are issued with their names. These cards and the graduation booklets are picked from the Academic Registrar’s office.
Gown
The graduand is expected to have a gown on the day for his/her graduation that has all the colours for the gown of his/her persued program. These gowns are purchased from the institute at a fee of 50,000 UGX.
Graduation Fee
Graduands are required to first pay the graduation fee before their names can appear on the graduation list.
